Pros

Quitting Resigning and Days off

Cons

Hired as a full time RCM and after 1 month was told I would be part time because they got screwed on contracts and were losing business Applied internally for a full time position was told I was being transitioned to the full time job only to find out that was also a lie As a part time employee I was scheduled for over a 40 hour week and within this time period requested a status upgrade monthly to full time and Human Resources would not allow it so I lost a ton of money and worked unprotected without benefits because of this Hired for the Core team and without my knowledge was placed on the Flex team Very deceptive hiring practices, scheduling part time employees over 60 hours a week over 12 hours a day without benefits and expecting you to work 7 days if need be as a part time employee totally illegal

Pros

Flexible schedule-make your own schedule, work around appointments or personal events Minimal supervision-work independently without co-workers or supervisors Benefits-decent benefits for full time positions-part time not as good

Cons

Schedules change every 6 months, your position could change with little or no notice from full time, to part time or completely eliminated every 6 months regardless of how well you preform your job duties or how long you’ve been with the company. “It’s just business” Excessive wear and tear on your personal vehicle without decent compensation. NO RAISES -regardless of time with the company or performance. NO BONUSES 5 year anniversary- still no raise, but extra 2 days PTO-congratulations

Pros

Start out at around $12/hr. Flexible schedule. No nights or weekends

Cons

Don't ever expect a raise because you won't get one. They love to have conference calls every so often and either cut your hours from full to part time.... Or to just get rid of you all together. Every 6 mths we were rerouted and you had to worry about if you would become part time or lose your job all together. Can not count on being employed from one day to the next.
