Pros

Yeah there was not really any, "flexible" work schedule, but you are MICRO MANAGED TO DEATH!!!!!

Cons

I can definitely go over the 20 word minimum - LOW PAY & NO RAISES - Gas & travel time reimbursement is a joke, maybe if you drive a car with 100+ MPG you might break even - Do not dare take a more efficient route, or get stuck in traffic, they use mapquest (who still uses that?) and if you are .00000001 miles off or it takes you more then 18 seconds then what mapquest says during a perfect time, and you will get three different managers questioning & declining it - Was once told even if in traffic etc to just put down the perfect drive time & not actual, not sure but I am pretty sure thats illegal. If not it is fraud against your customers. - Unreasonable demands put on you & when you fall short it all rolls down to you - Managers who would not respond to emails & then MIGHT call. They call because you cant prove anything they say on the phone. - Extremely shady employee policies - Work hard and get 12 hours of "vacation" time a year? gee thanks guess I can use that time off to repay all the lost travel time and gas. I could go on, but my brain hurts so I have exhausted everything I could think of. PLEASE DO NOT GET A JOB HERE!!!!!!!

Pros

Work life balance: Management values work life balance and offers a lot of flexibility. Stature: The company has significant prestige and power within the industry, and it's nice to be a part of that. Acosta is a leader in its field.

Cons

Pay: Pay isn't always competitive with other firms in the consumer packaged goods field, particularly compared to manufacturers. Many people leave Acosta to go work for our clients. Morale: There are some groups of employees who complain incessantly, and management hasn't figured out either how to make them happy or get them out. Some have been around for 5-10+ years and unhappy the entire time. It's contagious - maybe even cancerous, to use a terrible metaphor.
