Pros

Having a job in these rough times is always is a Pro, however this one is extremely unrewarding and frustrating.

Cons

This company has only one thing to “sell” to it’s clients and it’s the quality of their field level work force. They load that work force with 20 hours of work each 8 hour day and don’t seem to understand that it is going to be detrimental to the quality. There is massive confusion from management and miscommunication in the instructions of the projects causing lots of frustration and stress with each one.

Pros

flexible schedule is the only benefit

Cons

Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much traveling and they keep lowering gas mileage reimbursement. Not one raise in 5 years employment. Not for lack of performance, I was a top performer on my team. The company simply does NOT give raises. Frankly, find a new industry to work in. All of the industry leaders in the Retail Merchandising Industry are about the same (we employees talk!). They want more and more from us, and keep taking all the benefits away.

Good hours, horrible environment.

Pros

Monthly activities from a culture committee to bring the whole office together. Hours are nice because you can beat traffic and leave before the afternoon rush. Offers overtime, but it's only because the whole team doesn't want to pull their weight. If you participate in overtime you'll be doing everyone else's work.

Cons

Poor management. Mistrust of upper management across the board. HR is completely untrustworthy as well. Anything said in confidence will make it through the whole building by COB. Hires anyone who walks in the door which makes for uneducated teams and poor team relationships. Managers are too involved in employees lives. RM is sneaky and will through you under the bus to make herself look good. There is NO room for advancement. Jobs are lateral in the BPS department. Very poor pay.
