Pros

Very flexible hours, decent benefits (compared to similar jobs), hands-off managing style, and sometimes you get paid for little to no work.

Cons

The hours change from week to week. One week you will get twenty hours and the next week you might get five.

Pros

Not micromanaged with the option for some salary employees to work from home. A place to gain expierence.

Cons

If you are a female stay away from this place, this place is a boys club. Hard work will be compensated with additional work without an increase in pay. You will train your boss and your hard work and effort will only go to credit your managment.
