NO raises ever. You will be at the same hourly rate until you die. Upper management makes great incomes, the people out in the filed doing the work, do not. Crappy benefits offered and no internal promotions. You can apply until your hands fall off, it won't happen. Clients are added all the time but this only builds Acosta's bottom line, never yours. Once upon a time we used to get a lot of free samples from our clients, but that has come to an end as well. They just let 100's of people go the week of Christmas. All FT employee's.

I spent over 7 years working for the company part time, at the beginning it was fantastic with great management, and great hours. Then good managers were forced out and replaced with lazy and incompetent managers. Terrible mileage, almost no hours and some weeks zero hours. One week I was insulted with a half hour of work which after taxes broke down to about $2.73 for a whole week. I am sure it cost more to run payroll then for what they paid me. They do NOT care about there employees and absolutely show it.
