No concern for preformance or years with company. All decisions are made in Jacksonville local managers are left out of the loop. Company is expanding too quickly and in doing so has to cut costs, by eliminating full time workers with full benefits, they replace with part time employees who receive no benefits but are expected to work full time. At interview I was told not to expect a raise because it would not happen.
