Pros

There are no pros left.

Cons

Too much good old boy philosophy. Very little team players. Unit manager always wanted to argue. I didn't want to argue all the time. No pay raises or bonuses. Too much micro-management . Company passed all business expenses to it's employees. No room for advancement.

Pros

Choose your own schedule. Was like being self employed. Paid training which was done online. Was a nice experience, nice manager.

Cons

Did not offer full time and they offered very few hours. A long training and getting to know their programs. Was a bit tedious to do for the little pay.

Pros

Lots of great people, some bad apples. Getting into the Leadership & Development tract will give you insight into several areas of the company. Outside field reps have a flexible schedule, great for working parents

Cons

Difficult to move up the ladder unless you have friends to put in a good word for you, regardless of experience or work ethic. Cliques are hard to break into. Pay scale is awful, raises are meager, few and far between
