Physical job. No guarantee of hours yet when they hire you they say something different. Crawling on dirty floors, lifting heavy 4 ft wide shelves that often are stuck, lack of concise helpful direction from planogram planner which would speed up product removal and placement. Working as a group with a bunch of cackling women who claim they know best and think they are speed racers. Mgmt's casual thoughtless transfer of employees wherever mgmt wants. Employees stealing each other's hours or mgmt giving away hrs that should have been someone else's.

Unfortunately, there is no on-boarding process nor general orientation. The first few weeks are sink or swim in an effort to figure it out.
