It's wild that I get paid to work here (serious)
Pros
They really take care of the team here, I'm often surprised with gestures that help me do my job better & bring my A-game daily. I'd actually pay to work here (glad I don't have to though) because you gain so much more than just pay - you grow so much professionally (+ personally). Your coworkers are extremely skilled & intelligent, each with a superpower. Get ready to level up quickly, regardless of how good you already think you are. Ego gets left at the door. Very much a "rising tides lift all ships" environment here meaning the amount of personal / professional growth you get in a condensed timeline is unmatched. Great environment for winners.
Cons
This may be a con for some but.. this is NOT an environment for someone who just wants to "collect a paycheck" and put in minimum effort. If that's you, there's plenty of big corporate companies you can get that from. This is a place where you'll work hard, and be rewarded for it.
