Pros

They embrace remote working and have a large network of workers located all over the USA. They respect work life balance so you do not have to work overtime.

Cons

They are a large company however run their business like a small mom and pop shop. Senior leadership is arrogant (without actually deserving it because they are actually not that smart), mostly men with a bro culture, spending meeting time just making lame jokes. There is no structure whatsoever in terms of career development, no resource planning, no forward thinking. No real relationships built - your manager does not know you from any other random stranger in the street. Lots of dumb people. Very low pay compared to the rest of the market. It was the lowest point of my career.
