Wine Sergi has the benefits of a large employer via its ownership by Acrisure, but still has the feel of a family. Great environment and leadership.

Access to a flexible schedule. Management values a personal/work life balance. Strong team perspective where everyone is very friendly and willing to help!

Cons

The company needs to hire more great people to help with the incoming new business. This should be accomplished soon as I know management is aggressively looking.
