      If you’re looking for a career with more work life balance Wine Sergi is for you! The management is friendly and very accommodating. You are not just a numbered employee here, your voice is heard and management does what it can to help.

      Pros

      Having come from the big 5 brokers, I am happy to be in a "small company" where my opinion counts. The decision makers are here, not in another city (or country). Senior management is newly installed (over the last 18 months) and all under 50!

      Cons

      We are out of space in our current office but are moving in October.
