      CEO without a clue

      Pros

      Time-off policies. Great co-workers. Great customers.

      Cons

      Leadership was poor. The CEO likes to copy other companies as far as marketing and sales goes. They are not invested in their employees and will drop you like a bad habit when money gets tight. The CEO does not have a sincere bone in his body. There is an unspoken rule that you should be working all the time. The CEO can't even handle his own personal life, instead he has other employees take care of his scheduling, personal finances, and personal life. The CEO has not defined a company culture that is special to the company, instead he "borrows" ideas from anywhere.

      HR personnel were excellent and extremely diligent. Poor follow-up by management. No clear expectations set.

      Cons

      Upper management was only concerned about flipping the company.
