      Pros

      Great opportunities for training and advancement, supportive management and regular employee recognition. Co-workers are collaborative and helpful to their fellow employees.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment is not for everyone. Negative people, poor performers and those that are not team players will not fit into the corporate culture and do not last long or get forced out.

      Pros

      Excellent wages and good if not exceptional benefits. This company is good to its most technically gifted staff. They give small "good luck" cash gifts at Chinese New Year to all staff.

      Cons

      Many of the management staff were inexperienced or had very narrow career experience. There seemed to be quite a bit of favoritism and there was distrust between staff and management in my unit. There was a great deal language used, and behavior that occurred, that I found unprofessional and uncomfortable.

      Management team does not care about their employees. HR can not keep their words promised during interview.
