Supportive colleagues but poor leadership and strict attendance policy

Pros

There are many amazing people that have filtered throughout this center. RBTs communicate effectively with one another and there is a sense of family.

Cons

This center has a disconnect between technicians and leadership. When you call out for the day you gain a point (total of 7 till being terminated), to lose your points you have to work 2 months straight just to lose one point. This is hard when sickness from the kids makes its way to their technicians and there is no empathy.

As a person who is growing a family, one of the most valuable aspects of working at ABC is the benefits available for employees and their families. Good medical, dental, vision, and paternity leave/return to work compensations.
