      Pros

      Great company that puts the family of the employees first. Keeps everyone challenged and employees work with all levels of the organization to get the issues resolved.

      Cons

      In the past communication has been an area of opportunity, however the Company works really hard to keep everyone informed and us working together as one big team.

      Pros

      The company's values are evident in every decision that's made and the people working here really function as a family. - Collaborative and friendly work environment - Open office design that actually works because of the collaboration that takes place. The corporate office is located downtown in a restored historic building - Leadership team is really open to new ideas and continuous improvement - Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment but there's no shortage of work-life balance - Balanced growth strategy - leadership believes in "earning the right to grow"

      Cons

      Some business units are still relatively immature so there is plenty of room for process development and/or improvement, technology implementation/upgrades, etc., but they're certainly on their way!
