The atmosphere in the corporate office is very laid back. The people who work there are friendly and very helpful.

It is either feast or famine at this company. They overspend when times are good and will let people go at the drop of hat when times are bad. The company is poorly ran from the top. Loyalty, dedication and hard work mean nothing to upper management. Nepotism is very prevalent. If you are related to the owner or a member of his extended family, you will receive a key position at this company, despite the fact that you may not have the proper background to do the job. Management By Walking Around is an unheard of concept at ActionLink. Upper management does not take the time to interact with or get to know the employees. I guess this makes it easier to let the majority of your workforce go the week before Christmas.
