Pros
Good people overall. Work from home in Field Management positions,
Cons
Very unstable business. Too little consistent work, mad rush to get rid of payroll from management ranks. Too much work, hire managers. Upper management turns over as well. NO security here. Tendency to micro manage the field. Ex: a new DM was hired and let go in 3 weeks due to downsizing??
