      Pros

      Average pay, but I've been offered less for the same work. Great communication to the team in the field. Excellent understanding of what field merchandisers do and the obstacles that they may encounter. Opportunities for more hours or a better position do arise on occasion for those who are team players and have proven that they can go the extra mile for clients.

      Cons

      The entire industry is driven by client's needs so your hours can change at times. Not a knock on ActionLink itself, just the nature of the beast. While there are opportunities for more hours, advancement is difficult without a lot of openings.

      Pros

      Great Pay with some huge companies. Able to manage your own schedule. Meet and work with a lot of interesting people and build market strategies. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for some solid high pay part time work.

      Cons

      Not enough hours or jobs year round. The only busy time is Q3 and Q4 of the year.

      Pros

      It is a fun, creative environment with cool perks like a game room and fitness center. Management is very engaged in the culture and talent, and supports investing in technology.

      Cons

      The seasonality and unpredictability of the retail industry is the only thing I can think of, which is not the fault of the company or management.
