      Management seems very kind and understanding to employees needs. They will show you they value you if you are a good worker.

      Cons

      Actionlink community app seems confusing to navigate. Employee discounts are limited or they are just hard to navigate to. Seems like they were only mentioned once when we were hired on and it's not been brought up since.
