Company strives to maintain collaboration and treat its employees with respect, even with a large remote field team and many departments that telework. I am proud to say that I get to work with a truly supportive and caring team. Exciting growth and future due to acquiring many high profile and reputable clients in the consumer tech space.

Cons

Various frustrations and hiccups that go along with growing pains and some programs or seasonal promotions get discontinued, which tends to come with the nature of retail, economic forecasting, and competition. New structural systems seem to be getting put into place which could help. Many programs, however, are ongoing and growing so employees are able to transition as positions become available.
