Pros

Flexible schedule except usually no weekends as you are always working. Lots of freedom. Meet great people and make in store impact with customers and employees. Very easy work. Great part time work for college students.

Cons

No potential growth. Pay is less than other 3rd party vendor companies.

Working in merchandise is the worst place to work reason a lot of paper to print and get little like 0.7 cents per page.(other company use a TABLET, no printing involved) They sending you around doing jobs for a little pay as $10.00 plus when you drive a lot the milage pay is horrible you ending up to spend more money then you get. The support is horrible, when you call you wait on the phone for 20 to 30 min in the store and your job is 30 min. No manager available you send a email or call nobody answer you back just silent. Management turn over every 3 to 6 month's

They hire new managers all the time and they are coached to expect to much out of employees like myself. I am a 10 Year sales rep. that has always done my job well. In the 10 years I have had my pay cut by 2.00 per hour. I have been falsely accused of not competing my goals by a new incompetent manager.
