Excellent People, Unexpected Assignments

Pros

Responsible, reliable supervisor. Flexible hours because you make your own appointments within a time period.

Cons

Duties were increasingly unrelated to my position. I was hired to change software and display electronics, but was expected to construct the shelves that the merchandise sat on.

Pros

Self scheduling, work at your own pace for the most part, it's good if you're in college and need something for extra money. Unless you're doing a bad job, you don't really need to interact with management.

Cons

Drive a ton, you'll smash fingers, get cuts and bruises, bleed and ache, I've gotten one 12% raise a year and a half into the job, and about four months later it was announced that everyone was taking a 20% pay cut 'to be more competitive in the market', leaving me working for less than I started for. Manager turnover is ridiculous, the most I've had a given DM for is about 8 months, one only for 3 or 4 before he went to another position.

Cons

they have class actions suites left and right, wish I knew my group did. All work is contracts through various companys. They seem not to be able to manage these contracts, and then your gone.
