- good job for college students - Only required to work weekends - During the summer for SWIC promotions, you can work during the weekdays if you want more hours - For SWIC promotions they pay for your gas if you have to travel - Decent pay for no experience - Discount for Intel Core i9 - My manager was understanding

Cons

- Everything was virtual, never got to meet my manager in person - Technically, ActionLink is my employer, but I'm learning about and selling Intel Products at a Best Buy location, so I have to go through all the rules and onboarding process for all 3 companies. - I was the only Intel Representative in my area, so I had to travel a lot - Need to be able to learn fast because you'll be the only brand representative in your store even if you just started

I have a great manager, have a new set of goal including a development goal, and participate on the "Culture Committee." We recently got access to LinkedIn Learning and have quarterly Town Halls about the business. Things are feeling good here now, and I can see myself growing with the company.

Cons

Working every weekend unless I request a day off.
