Pros

culture is great. People and all. open door policy for all directors. little micro management. Business casual attire and no ties required.

Cons

Requires you to work way outside job description for anyone on the CX floor. Advisers performances are measured by some statistics that are completely out of their immediate control. Some management is clearly not qualified or driven to succeed any longer and because of favoritism they stay in their current role without a worry, or so it seems. Issues brought up to be addressed will take weeks before you are provided any feed back.

Pros

Fantastic owner who does not get in the way of sales or endorse bureaucracy. Executive management can always be reached by phone or email. From the top down Actsoft is true open door policy! This is the best company I've ever worked for!

Cons

I have very few complaints about this company. Actsoft went through a total reboot the last year. Tom (owner) brought in a CFO to clean up the books and provide structure that the company once lacked. Only Con I've seen is the commission structure could provide more incentives and keeping inventory in stock.
