Pros

Very friendly and welcoming culture. They also promote from within before they post jobs outside the company. The owner and CEO are very pro-employee!

Cons

The pay could be better.

Pros

-Friendly employees -Great work-life balance -Easy job titles-They hire Directors and VPs who are not qualified for the job. Most of them use these titles to find jobs with competing companies or carriers. -Amazing networking opportunities -Dream Achiever Program -Toastmasters private club

Cons

-It's a Sales company that happens to design software. Let that sink in. -The company lost its soul when the management decided to transition into Nextran 2.0 -The family warmth and environment are gone, which is sad because it's the one thing that keeps most people around. -Poor pay compared to the industry standard. The merit increase is barely enough to keep up with the cost of living. -Sexism- they only have a couple of female leaders in the entire company. It's a boy’s club. -Some of the Executives need soft skills and human relations training. -The company lost amazing employees in the last year who felt underappreciated and overworked. -Favoritism, especially in the back office. -A bleak career path for most people.

Used to be great

Pros

-Great Work Life Balance -Great Personal relationships built -Salaries have become more competitive over the years -Health insurance costs have been maintained and the increases have been covered by the company. -Good exposure to a diverse group of customers and partners for future opportunities

Cons

-Product is quite outdated compared to the competition, with no real cohesion to the updates -New ideas and innovations are not encouraged and supported by leadership if it doesn’t come from them -Operations doesn’t support sales at all. It’s an operations run company -Too many decisions are made in a vacuum that affect customers, examples include: marketing strategies, product roadmap, product support, and pricing -CEO isn’t engage anymore. Too many people are doing “their own thing” and isn’t driving to a collective goal of growing and selling more and not being held accountable. The weekly survey feels like more of a “checking the box” rather then a change driver
