You'll have some downtime certain parts of the year

Cons

They'll call you 12 at night to immediately drive across two states during a winter storm just to arrive and no do anything because the client didn't need you. They offer vacation and then call you during said vacation 6 times to go takes jobs after you told them no. Extremely low pay with no pay increase regardless of how long you work there.
