There are a lot of great people you get to work with on a daily basis.

Cons

Poor Leadership - There is no growth at this company. Methodology is everyone is replaceable so get someone new in so you can pay less. Raises given every 2 to 3 years no financial or other incentives given to stay with the company.

I worked with some great people who were smart, talented and dedicated. You get to dive into new technologies and I was never bored.

Cons

The pay is around 20% lower that industry average. The medical is ok, not great. Execs don’t embrace work from home - more old school thinking that people have to be at a desk to be productive. Some incredibly toxic people in positions of authority that hurt the overall operations. If you are capable, you will be overworked. You will either be the recipient or witness to screaming directors and/or execs yelling obscenities throughout the office. Females in actual leadership roles are few and far between.
