Pros

Great group of guys out in the field.

Cons

Low pay 23/24 per hour after getting all Certificates. Pay is the same from 2000. No raises. Want you available 24/7 and travel on a moment notice. If injury on job, they say just keep working.

Pros

The only Pro I can think of currently is that I actually still have this job and they have been good enough to let me work 6 days a week so i can earn more than minimum wage.

Cons

Have not had a raise in 4 years. Workload is heavy six days a week. Downsized from 3 people on 2nd shift to worrking the shift alone for last 6 months no end on sight without a mention of ever being compensated for it. They are currently hiring people for this same position tweeked the title at a better starting rate plus a sign on bonus, so hurry you can make more then an employee with 7 years of experience and they will train you! New programs or process implemented with no notice or training provided.
