Acuative reviews

I've been with Acuative going on two years and in that time I've seen a lot of changes as we evolve and strive to be the best in the IT industry. There have been initiatives like the new Hardware Procurement Team that continues to bring on new manufacturing partnerships and solutions for our customers. Our focus and mentality is and always will be Customer 1st! In my time I've been given every opportunity and resource to learn and excel at my job. Acuative makes numerous efforts to make the atmosphere fun and interactive with employee appreciation lunches, picnics, community service projects and special events like the Cleveland Corporate Challenge.

I worked at Acuative for a little less than two years. One of the things I will miss most is the atmosphere and culture of the company. - VERY vibrant, upbeat, and fun. The Senior level leaders are very visible and will roll up their sleeves and get involved. The company hires outside of the box, often taking chances on individuals with little to no experience, who are otherwise qualified. The company is moving in the right direction with new leadership and structure. Anyone has a chance to shine here! Show up and do great work, you will be rewarded! Ideas and suggestions are welcomed, regardless of your place on the totem pole. As a Cisco Gold Partner, the company pushes for its employees to obtain Cisco Certifications. They offer awesome resources for learning and continuing education and even pays for certification exams, in most cases. The company invests a lot into its employees. Multiple events throughout the year, including a trip to Cedar Point later in the summer.
