Acuative has been in business since the mid 80s and is is thriving. Management has been able to change with the times and continue to find new ways to add to their offerings and help their customers. It's a fast paced environment with an entrepreneurial feel that is great for indiviudals who enjoy rolling up their sleeves, getting involved, and find satisfaction in being a part of growing a company and taking it to new levels. Acuative also has solid benefits and their facility in Strongsville, OH is very nice.

Cons

Sometimes what is found as a "Pro" to some is looked at as a "Con" to others. Being a part of a fast paced and growning environment can mean hard work and growing pains. On-boarding and training could be improved. Sometimes it may feel like "sink or swim" -for people who thrive in growth mode it's OK- it's not necessarily for everyone. I have heard that there are changes to the onboarding and training processes in the works - I think that would help a lot. Hope it happens. Communication isn't great.
