Best Company I've Ever Worked For

Pros

Tons of benefits. The 401(k) alone is amazing: 8%, no match required. Bonuses every year I have been here have been an additional 2.5% contribution. My position also gets a company car.

Cons

If you like titles and advancement that way, this company is not for you. Senior designations come with 10 years of applicable industry experience. Very flat hierarchy, only 5 levels between entry level and CEO.

Pros

Compassionate company who seems to genuinely care about its people. Great employee perks and benefits They value opinions even it is outside your role

Cons

Sometimes the candy they mail to you isn't that great, but its the thought that counts so really not a con.
