There are no cons at this time. I've only worked there for a few months and I love it!

-Before COVID-19, work from home options were extremely limited. As of now, there has been no discussion of what work from home options will look like after COVID-19. -Expectations can be unrealistic. They are constantly adding tasks to an already long list of tasks processors are expected to accomplish in a day. -Some tasks assigned to the department don't make sense. Audits are a great example. Audits are extremely specialized and should be handled from start to finish by the audit department. Why doesn't audit have their own special team of audit processors? This would lesson errors and GREATLY improve the service provided to the customer. -Late coverage keeps getting later. -Fast track training is too fast. Employees are not given time to become solid in one skill before being required to learn another. -Lack of diversity
