Pros

Great Benefits, good work-life balance, generally positive working environment.

Cons

Pay and vacation are lacking. Things are trending in a way that employees are no longer the main focus. Some flexibilities are being scaled back in different departments. Leadership is trying to be transparent, but in doing so is presenting a lot of in flight ideas that aren't fleshed out yet, which is only leading to confusion and uncertainty.

Used to be a lot but losing focus on employees.

Cons

Way too many changes in too little time. Many additional job duties without added compensation. Lack of vacation days. Gifts are becoming less and less.

Benefits are unmatched. Flexibility with appointments, family/life balance Majority of the people really do care about you Hiring is thorough so quality of people also does seem higher

Cons

While I did say flexibility as a pro, they are starting to restrict and tighten up Flex Time and hours, and concerned where that will go. Implementing 100 changes all at once and putting it on mid managers to make sure everyone stays happy. Concerning that we seem to be ok losing some of the best talent due to lack of pay or workload.
