      - Smart, engaging, and lovely people - Awesome company mission and interesting space - Can work all across the stack and there's encouragement to try out new tech whenever possible!

      Cons

      Typical startup issue but so much to do! Which is certainly stressful but it's a manageable.

      Leadership team lacks diversity, which at times felt reflected in whose voices were prioritized in decision-making. Feedback and performance outcomes can feel inconsistent depending on your relationship with your direct manager.
