Great startup culture with the right values, resulted in a solid foundation we can continue to build on. We’re also building a really great product that is disrupting the medtech industry

Pros

This vertical SaaS rocketship has no business being under-the-radar but somehow it is, outside of the MedTech industry at least. Doing great things, growing like crazy, and a wonderful team and culture (remote friendly!). Can't say enough how awesome it is here.

Cons

Like any warp speed high growth business, some light chaos and long days at times, but self-aware and generous in helping the team navigate these challenges.

Pros

Amazing teammates, hard working group, amazing product. This company is going places. We iterate constantly are always striving for the best and it shows in our product. We attack our concerns head on each coming empathy and a proactive approach. This is an amazing place to work, and I am excited to be a part of the ride. I have worked with amazing leadership at this company and feel lucky to be a part of it all. Our health insurance is fully covered, no 401K match (yet), and work life balance is what you make of it.

Cons

Career growth is a little confusing at times and there is no clear trajectory. But as long as you are verbal and communicative about your goals to your managers, they will support you. The DEI initiatives could be stronger, but as a younger company, it is something we do put focus on. I do think that this of the utmost important during the time we are living in. It is a start up environment, we all work hard. Compensation is fair but growth of compensation can be confusing at times. We do biannual reviews for performance.
