When you are working, you're working. There is little "down time" or casual time with co-workers. Fifty hour weeks are common (more hours the higher up the ladder you go) and everyone is expected to operate at 100%. If your personality does well in that environment, it is not a con. But some can't handle it and leave after 3 months or so.
Also, I wish the salaries were more representative of how hard everyone works. Good bonuses and standard raises come each year, but the salaries could stand to be higher. They are right at or below average based on Glassdoor. And a promotion doesn't necessarily mean "a raise" in salary. If what you're focused on is making the most money possible, it might not be a good fit for you.
