Pros

Toxic work environment. Horrible training. They have zero interest in their people or supporting their growth. Don’t do it.

Cons

Terrible communication. Hired for a job that turned out to be completely different than advertised. No support for employees and people generally operate from a place of fear.

-Positive work culture, coworkers are generally happy to be here and pleasant to interact with -The product is great and customers like it -The company is very remote friendly -The company is performing well and growing quickly

Cons

-Some pain in operational processes as we continue growing -Selling through VARs presents some challenges as you do not fully control the sales process
