To avoid naming specific names, the people in charge enjoy talking down at you and will change hours/implement unnecessary rules that only waste the time and patience of the few people there actually trying to do a quality job. But don’t fret, they’ll then throw some cold crusty sandwiches at us as if to slap a nice crusty bandaid overtop the bleeding, fleshy wound that is poor decision making and leadership from the ones calling the shots. P.S. HR department would throw you to the wolves and then come back and collect the bones.
