Pros

Talented people doing great work! Employees are energetic and caring! Good communication from management and down! Unlimited sick days is a plus. The pay was competitive, and good. The interviewing process seems to take a little longer than some places, but worth it.

Cons

Keep promoting from within, since there is a lot of talent among your employees, versus hiring outside.

Pros

Collaborative and unique environment where you get to experience the pro bono side of every part of the communications industry. Everyone shares a goal of creating content for social good on behalf of so many causes. Opportunities for growth and vast experience within advertising, social media, research, etc.

Cons

Lots of work but all for good causes.

Pros

great exposure to see the inner workings of various ad agencies.

Cons

pay is really low and there is little room for upward mobility, unless a position above you is opened by someone vacating a position.
