We strive to be an employer of choice and welcome all types of feedback from our employees to continually improve our company, culture, and benefits. We review our benefits on a yearly basis to see where improvements and changes can be made based on the feedback we receive from our employees.
We understand the importance of work/life balance and encourage our employees to take time off to spend with family and friends. We offer our employees paid time off which increases based on their tenure with the company. Our employees are able to carry over 80+ hours of paid time off per year based on their assigned employee tier. Sick time off is another great benefit we started offering last year, which does not have a limit to the amount an employee can carry over each year. Our employees can use this time to take care of themselves or their loved ones when they become ill.
Our managers empower and trust their team members to make decisions and solve customer concerns. They are also available to assist their team when questions or concerns arise about a customer or the company. We believe that open communication and working together create an environment of learning, growth, and engagement.
