Pros
The flexibility of this position has given me opportunities to have a full time job but also be the best mom that I can be while fulfilling all the duties and responsibilities that come with that. I have highly benefited from the vision and dental insurance that is offered through Adams. I enjoy the comradery that I've established since working here.
Cons
I feel as though Adams could do a better job acknowledging that the staff need to know and work together. I feel as though the editorial and sales teams in this company don't know who each other is and don't communicate very well. While I do understand they are different parts that function on different levels and with different needs I think it's important for Adams to consider how we can bring these two parts of this company together so they can better understand each other and know who they're working with at the end of the day.
