Mission-oriented work. Some in management truly try to make this a great place to work, not all though. Recent effort to improve the workplace culture is appreciated but overdue.

Cons

Willingness to move on from poor managers when it's clear they don't value their employees and can mistreat them.

Upper management doesn't understand customer service or company culture. Everything revolved around making a profit, which is understandable. But, if you're going to treat your staff and customers badly, you shouldn't expect to make a profit.
