Pros

I work with an incredible team of people. We all support each other no matter what and going to work truly is a joy each day. I also appreciate the flexibility that APG/AMM allows. With the technology we use to perform our jobs, I am able to go on important family trips but still work from any location.

Pros

The relationships I've developed with my fellow employees in our paper and our sister papers, and the relationships I've developed with my clients. Before I started, I was told it would take a week to get the proofs for their ads, and when I started, they get them the same day, if possible.

Cons

With the cost of living in the county on the rise, it would be nice to have a bit more compensation to reduce the stress on my already stressed bank account.
