      Pros

      I appreciate the flexible schedules, the ongoing training opportunities, and the great peaple that work here. Most of us have been here twenty-plus years for a reason.

      Cons

      I would like to see someoe on-site to assist walk-in subscribers rather than directing them to the service center through an email or phone call.

      Pros

      I love the opportunity to listen to, write and share people's stories and what's happening locally. In a way, it's like preserving history. I also value the opportunity to attend work shops at the MNA Convention and any other chance to learn more and grow.

      Cons

      To increase wage, move full-time to 40 hours, allow opportunities for overtime, lower the co-pay for mental health services, give end-of-year bonuses, and offer more development opportunities, whether in person or online.
