APG bought out ECM. ECM had an established positive reputation in the area. New computer programs were adapted. Staff was experienced, with some having been with the company for 20+ years.

Cons

APG, shortly after acquiring ECM, began gutting the company, unloading all unnecessary baggage as large companies do. Entire departments were shuttered with all employees laid off while their work was shipped to India in quest of cheaper labor costs.

Cons

PTO requests turned down multiple times. Training terrible, expected to handle situations that employee I replaced never did, no explanation, just nasty comment. Crucial employees not replaced.
