A more consistent vision and plan would be beneficial. It feels like we are changing the goals or priorities month to month. It makes it hard to develop a plan and execute it. While the culture is overall a good one the major downside is the feeling that you could be eliminated at any moment. There are so many positives that it's disappointing to have a looming cloud hanging over everything at all times. I know most people here dread Christmas because we all know cuts are going to happen in January. It has been consistent for the past 5 years. Health insurance is also a concern for me. The plans available are expensive and will only be worth it in a catastrophic event.

There are no cost of living raises, or raises in general. The pay rate needs to raise every year to allow for employees to survive. The communication is not good and at most times employees are unsure of what needs to be done and by when.
