      Pros

      The people are great. There's different things to do pretty much all of the time so you're never feeling like you're doing something invaluable. Work-life balance is fantastic.

      Cons

      Pay could be a bit higher maybe-though I'm not an expert at how to scale that.

      Pros

      I love the flexibility of my position and work life balance. I have some great coworkers. I feel like the company has a future with growing into the digital marketing world.

      Cons

      There is a lot of corporate B.S that gets in the way of doing my job. Middle management sucks.

      I enjoy my work and appreciate the schedule flexibility. I like that Adams is not afraid to make changes and try new things in order to create growth and opportunity for the company.

      Cons

      Overall I think Adams does a good job managing the business given the industry we operate in.
