Recreates the feel of middle school detention.

Cons

Recreates the feel of middle school detention. Fluctuating Work Week...more like Forced Work Week. Also, no sick days...lost all my PTO from an extended illness (not a big deal, but it sucks)

I have the chance to meet new people and network, share information with the community and potentially make a difference by spreading accurate news.

Cons

The pay and benefits aren’t competitive. You have to share living expenses with someone, have another revenue stream or have a lower standard of living to survive on this pay.
