Pros

There are very nice people in the organization

Cons

In the interview I was told “if you add the mileage we should get you to 40,000 per year.” Using Mileage as part of total compensation is an insult and joke. Brickstreet marketing has great sales people but leadership is terrible. I was told that I was ugly, gross and needed to shave unless i planned to grow a beard despite having NO code such stating I needed to do so. Arrived at a training session early and was grabbed by my lapel advised that I had no pen and that I don’t know how to think. Turnover is pathetically high. Many people leave to work at Walmart and make more money

Terrible company

Pros

This company was good to work for when it was ECM, but has turned really awful under Adams Publishing Group. While co-workers are great, the morale is down a ton since APG came in and started pulling benefits, firing folks and making cuts all over the place. People who can get out are getting out. Pay is low and the cost of insurance - the don't get sick plans they offer - is increasing. They took away our 401K match in early 2017. Middle managers are great. Top management is horrible.

Cons

Company doesn't care about employees. Poor pay, benefits being cut.
